We do our best to work with your budget.

Generous 14 hour rental period on your special day (9am – 11pm) *Also 6 hours the day before for decorating, rehearsal and final details.
The ability to host up to 225 guests comfortably in the upper barn.
Completely customizable to meet your needs for larger gatherings in a century tent in the Orchard Grounds. *Tent, tables and chairs are not included in our price.
Private access to the Barn venue and grounds for your entire event.
Dedicated on site wedding venue management team.

THE WEDDING VENUE

Weekday Wedding/Event with day before Access – $6,200
Weekend Wedding/Event with day before Access – $6,800

Security Deposit

$500 refundable security deposit is required 10 days prior to the event and will be held for an additional 10 days after the event.

Rental Requirements

Deposit is to be made upon signing the Rental Agreement and final payment is due 60 days prior to the event date.

Event insurance is required. Recommendations upon request.
